Content & community

Spadel is a family owned business that provides locally sourced bottled water to markets in Belgium, The Netherlands, France & Bulgaria. With brands like Spa, Bru, Carola, Wattwiller & Devin they have a big market share in there respected markets, so sustainability is one of the main pillars of the company.
 

As Content & Community Coördinator I worked in the CSR team within the Sustainability and Innovation department. With sustainability being one of the key communication topics I coordinated and created content for our key stakeholders so we were able to show our efforts as a company.


The platform we used to communicate was 'Source of Change' and under the guidance of the CSR team, I was responsible for the creation and distribution of all the content on the platform.

 

Within my employ I redesigned the newsletter, set-up an ambassador program within the company and helped supported the redesign of our web platform 'Source of Change'

 

Next to the coordination I was also asked to create audiovisual content for internal and external communication. Within the time period I was at Spadel, we were all in lockdown so the creation of video was very important for internal and external communication. 

 

All of this spanned over a period of two years.

  • Coordination and creation of webinars

  • Creation, implementation and coordination of internal ambassador community program
